Market Analysis
A competitive market analysis (CMA) is a comparison of the prices of recently sold homes that are similar to the seller's home in terms of location, style and
amenities. Although a CMA is not a formal appraisal, we use many of the same methods and techniques an appraiser uses in arriving at a reasonable value range. If no adequate
comparisons can be made, or if the property is unique in some way, the seller may prefer that a professional appraiser conduct a detailed, formal estimate of the property's value.
