the past and has served on the MLS Committee. Sandra is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Reciprocal Broker and licensed in the State of

Pat Kurtz had been a liscensed Realtor in Council Bluffs, Iowa since 2001 and
recently moved to
Fulton, MS with her husband Jim, who is retired from the ministry.
Pat was very active in her MLS Board in Council Bluffs and served as past chairman of the Public relations
& Fair Housing Committee.
In her spare time Pat enjoys church work, reading, sewing and spending time with her family and

About Emma Lou Clingan, Realtor Associate®
An Itawamba County native, Emma Lou Clingan graduated from I.A.H. S., I.C.C., and Mississippi State University.
A twenty-eight year veteran teacher, she has taught in Itawamba County Schools and has been an adjunct instructor for I.C.C. for many years.
She holds a Mississippi Real Estate license and is a REALTOR. She is a member of Trinity Baptist Church, the Fulton Civic Club, Mississippi Professional Educators,
and Relay for Life Team.
She is the daughter of Catherine Moore and the late Otis Moore of Fulton. She is married to Jeff Clingan and has three children, Michelle Waits, Melanie Mathis, and Will Clingan.
